Of course, the above statement holds truth; at least in my case. Being worked in a media-related organization as a correspondent for two years; I guess I can now have the guts to say so. Yes, for a person like me who has taken-up this profession of writing with the notion of, to not-to-speak and always write; it came as shock to attend press-conferences and seminars as a part of my profession, wherein I had to show my share of soft-skills. These were the skills which involved and actually consisted of those diplomatic gestures and behavioral traits that I suppose, I never had the courage (yes, actually) to acquire! These were also the times when I used to think of my dad’s preaching of becoming a bit more social (I so wished I was)!
